Who Is Leadership Development?
This presentation was created as a way to share the leadership development team’s function with emerging and senior leaders. The leadership development team offers a variety of resources and consultations. This presentation demonstrates the impact of those resources on stakeholders and company growth. This presentation focuses on the inner workings of the mind and the impact of previous experiences on future decisions. My aim for this presentation was to be bright, colorful, and engaging to match the content being shared. WTPF Orientation Guide
Not all presentations come in a projected format. Sometimes information is shared through workbooks, informational guides, and brochures. For our company orientation, participants attend a presentation where they are guided through company history and policies. To supplement this presentation, I created an orientation guide. These are just a few of the pages included in the guide. The orientation guide was a labor of love that allowed for the integration of several fun and engaging, out-of-the-box informational sections. One of my favorite parts of this project was getting to use Adobe Illustrator to draw the jacket and uniform pages.
